I've had this insurance for a while and never needed it. I am so happy to say that when I did they were right there! I had a pipe leaking right over my dining room table. I called HomeServe and right away they got me a plumber. He arrived the next day on time, found my problem right away, and fixed it on the spot. No hassles no-fuss and all covered by my insurance. It was perfect. You sent us the plumber that we have been using. He was in and out in half an hour, and we have run ning water. It was so easy, so efficient and so good that we would like to know what other single service policies you offer. We currently have four single service policies, and it is really good to know that we're safe in all those areas. Do you have single service for air conditioning? Appliances? Roof? We DO NOT want a whole house repair service. We had some pretty awful experiences with that, but we'd like to know what other single services you have. Thanks.
