I had a blockage in my water main and contacted Homeserve. They posted the work order in their system and within the hour a representative contacted me to set up an appointment. The company dispatched their plumbers to my home first thing the next morning. I had all the plumbing areas cleared out for them to work. The plumbers came and were able to quickly diagnose my issue and clear my blockage. The workers were professional, quick, neat and clean. I know by having this Homeserve, it saved me hundreds of dollars in out of pocket fees.

I prefer not to use this company again.The stoppage is presently fixed, and so the 3 stars. But the bathroom was left dirty and the second problem was a surprise to him and he promised a call back from the company that never came
