Still waiting for an estimate or how to remedy my doorbell problem. I purchased indoor and outdoor electrical service repair and no one has gotten back to me on repairing my door bell.

the gentlemen who came to my house to fix my furnace were polite and explained what was wrong. I give them excellent for my experience.

First serviceman could not locate the needed part, only called one supply house.THEY WERE CLOSED FOR INVENTORY.NOTE it is Friday afternoon.said he would try MONDAY. my wife immediately called Homeserve,talked to Shawn.told him the part we needed said he call us back.got back within ten minutes.He located another contractor told us to call him .talked to George at UNITED HEATING sent a picture of the part to him, said no problem would call us Saturday morning. GEORGE showed up 9.00am pulled bad part went to supply house,returned +installed part was done by 1200 noon. GREAT SERVICE from UNITED HEATING.

We are very disappointed with the slow response we are receiving on our major problem if repairing our major sewer problem. Commodes backed up and had water on the floor on Monday night. Called it in the night it happened, had to recall mid morning the next day, finally someone sent out, had to get approval to proceed which took another day no action on Wednesday still waiting on approval, I had to call back to Home Serve Wednesday afternoon finally got approval to proceed with running camera and putting in clean out. Came yesterday to dig out an area, ran camera and found line is stopped up all the way, again approval is needed which plumbing company called in yesterday waiting again and here we are at Friday still with a problem. In the meantime, laundry, bathing and minimum use of toilets are being used because I don’t want a flooded house. We have had insurance on everything we can cover with your company for many years and have always had speedy response and fixing our issues until this issue. Very disappointed cause this is a major problem. Hope it is fixed TODAY cause I would hate to go into the weekend with this issue since it is supposed to be raining on Monday

Really good experience. I had to call back twice to get an appointment, but the Technician was great once he arrived.
