I’ve been their customer for several years and they’ve always provided great service. More recently I had a water leak in the ground on a Friday and they were able to find a provider that could help right away.

Contacted wrong service rep. Specifically asked for Delaware Professional Plumbers, but was contacted by another vendor who I said did not want and was told by Hone Service rep, that request would be cancelled with them.But following morning I had to call Home Service back to ensure I got Delaware Professional Plumbers.

We called HomeServe and reported that our furnace was just blowing cold air and it was 2 degrees outside. We told the girl we would like Caparuscio’s to come since they installed the furnace. She was going to schedule them to come on Monday and we insisted we need service today. Within 15 minutes the serviceman came and corrected the problem. We thank HomeServe for your service and tell everyone that it is worthwhile to look into all the services you provide
