SO SORRY!! I accidentally submitted a survey for a different company. Fred’s appliance sent by Home Service was GREAT. I was very pleased with the gentleman who worked to find the problem with the furnace. He checked everything and I was very safe with the heating system when he left. Fred’s installed the furnace, and I specifically asked for them through HomeServe because of their prompt and excellent service!!!!!

plumber did ok job first visit, had to call out second plumber due to first plumber not getting drain fully unclogged, second plumber got the job finished, everything is working fine as I can notice after washing cloths, one bad thing was I had to clean up all the floors due to the mess of the drains being cleaned, they did no cleanup at all

Service was prompt, excellent communication from HomeServe, process of obtaining a local service divider was simple and efficient, payment easy ($50 deductible collected over the phone), excellent communication by phone, email and ext message, timely information. The entire experience was very good and impressive.

The guy that came out was great! Very friendly and got my heat fixed quickly. So happy to have heat again.
