It was a stressful day for me because the only toilet in the house wasn't working. It started to snow and on a holiday weekend. But thank goodness the Plummers got there that night to fix the problem. Thank you so much !!!

VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND CARING PERSON WHO DID EVERYTHING TO TAKE CARE OF OUR EMERGENCY PLUMBING PROBLEM WITH A BROKEN SEWER LINE. SHE MADE SURE SHE WAS IN TOUCH EVERY DAY, almost along the way and we updated her on progress and what was going on and she maintained contact with the contractor and what WAS GOING ON WHAT NEED TO BE DONE TO MAKE ALL THE REPAIRS. she started every conversation with this is a recorded line and went on from there. She let us know that the other Regional Rep Chris for our area would stop in and check the progress of the plumbers and contractors to make sure they did the best possible job for Home Serve. And Us to get the repairs completed professionally. We will recommend Home Serve to everyone.
