Mike from Lanzo Plumbing came to our house. He's very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He found and solved the problem. Lanzo plumbing is a very good plumbing company; they've been to our house a few times and were always able to solve the problem.

We were pleased with the timing of the visit. The contractors were courteous and polite. Our concern was that they do not provide/purchase the items/products needed to address the problem. Seems that they would be more qualified to determine what will fit rather than having the customer purchase something they are unable to install properly. We have purchased the item and will call to reschedule another appointment to have it installed to resolve the problem. (Scheduling difficult because of work schedules).

Our central heater went out and I called Homeserve in 30 minutes later a repair man was calling me and came here and fix the problem within two hours and I really appreciate how fast he got here
