You better not let them charge my coverage for the visit. He did nothing didn't even look at the shower part coming out of the wall. Did nit one thing. Didn't even come in with any tool pack on and didn't wear ant shoe covers as we requested. Had no recommendations for us either. Do not ever dispatch this company to our house again

Thank you Home Serve for responding to our water main break emergency. They were polite, prompt, and courteous in responding. FYI Contractors came out on a late weekend night and fixed the problem. We thought we’d have to wait until Monday morning to get water turned back on. Surprised and happy that we had water the same night they came out. Thank you FYI and Home Serve!
