I was very pleased with the service from beginning to the end.My response from Home Serve,the follow up with the plumbers phone call to me. He arrived in the time slot he said he would. He was very professional,polite,and I was most satisfied.

For the first time ever utilizing the service I must say it was although a quite anxious experience, but satisfying experience.HOMESERVE representatives were professional, understanding and more than attentive and informative. I’ve already boasted to others at work and to friends about the service and my experience which was quite impressionable, especially for those having no clue such service even existed via VIRGINIA POWER as a third party home warranty service.The contractor provided was just as adequately proficient and efficient ultimately providing satisfactory service.Although I wish no other failure device or appliance issues in the future, nonetheless, knowing I have HOMESERVE to turn to makes me feel comfortable and prepared if any issues should ever occur.
