I am very pleased with the service. The person I spoke with about my drain problem was professional and patient as I explained what was going on. The folks from the company that came to repair the problem were prompt. They explained everything they did. After clearing the drain backup, they cleaned up. Home Serve is well worth having and I highly recommend them. Thank you, thank you!!!!

The whole experience was great. From the initial call down to the technician who came out. Many questions got answered without making us feel like they were stupid questions. The technician even had to drive 2 hours to get here.

Cedric when beyond the call of duty. Even thro he could not solve the problem he offered another solution. Francisco & helper brought the camera to pin point problem. They were professional and restored my faith in humanity. I quest w/o home sev the city had to step in to finish the job. So money well spent & knowledge receive.

Service was outstanding. There was a small issue in arrival time but apparently the gos tracker doesn’t update to me, the homeowner. But even with that minor issue the service was top notch, polite, courteous, and efficient.
