The customer representative was very helpful in trying to get someone out to.fix our problem as soon as possible. What started out to be a not so good day was made brighter with that customer service representative taking my mind off the frustrating plumbing situation just by her great attitude and laughing with me and talking to me about both her and my dogs personalities!

The repairman arrived in good time and checked out the hot water heater. He had to replace the thermocouple and said the temperature sensor was not working right, but the heater is so old, the6y don't make parts for it. He set the temperature on high, so it would work and told us that when it stops working again, it would have to be replaced.
