We got the best service ever. The technician was wearing a mask and still kept his distance and went straight to work and let us know what he was doing.as he went along. He was Very polite and was very knowledgeable and professional and respectful. Thank you for having reliable and professional people working for you.. everything is working perfectly

Person that came out was very polite and professional. He did say that I would need to replace the drain system from the house to the main sewer line. System has to many roots in it. When would it be possible for the company to replace it?

My water heater was leaking. I called Home Serve. A plumber was sent out that day. He repaired the water heater,I am very satisfied- So far so good!
