The 2nd plumber that came did take time to Thoroughly check and dug until he found leak. They repaired it. They showed and explained to me every step along the way.

1. I had a claim a few months ago for my AC. I paid the service call fee but HS said that it would take several days for a hvac tech could home to my home. I decided to pay out of pocket for the a/c repair. I was told my service call fee would be refunded to me. However, i never recieved a refund or a phone call explanation.This new claim was better but no one called to schedule a visit. I had to call back and ask why none of the vendors called to me schedule a visit. Eventually I was given the contact number for the applicance repair company.

I responded already to a survey, but I'm happy to do it again. I had a service man named Dave from McAtee and he was absolutely excellent. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous and totally knowledgeable about the product and the repair process. He immediately diagnosed the cause of my problem and fixed it. He had the repair parts on his van (which is a good idea.) His main interest was in assuring that I and my family were safe and secure. I will ask for him again if I ever have the need.

My experience was great the associate was very polite and kind they send someone right away.
