The electrician that came out did an excellent job of fixing the problem. The problem is that this is the second time I've had to call HomeServe back because a contractor never called me to schedule a visit to repair the issue. I think someone needs to figure out a way that your customers don't have to call back a second time to get someone out.

My experience with the representative over the phone was five star. She was very helpful and empathetic. The plumber arrived in less that 30 minutes and the repair was completed a few hours later. I’m very pleased. Thank you.
