I called HomeServe on May 26, 2020 at 1:20pm due to an AC problem. Mike was very professional, helpful coordinating the contact with a repair company. Mike told me that I should receive a call from the repair company within 8 hours and to call back if I did not. When I did not get that call, I spoke to Jason on May 27, 2020 at 12:20pm. Jason was also professional and helpful. Because of the delay, Jason went one step further and connected me directly to the repair company so that I would definitely get service scheduled. I was very impressed with both gentleman and their people skills. Excellent Customer Service is rarely seen in today's world and it was a pleasure to experience it with HomeServe's employees, Mike and Jason. My AC was repaired promptly. Thank You, HomeServe.
