I called on Sunday and no one was available to speak to. I got a computer-generated operator who could not help. Your "Declaration" papers stated you're available 24/7 which was not true and I took exception to the deception.However, on Monday I called and spoke to a "Gerald" not sure of the name, but this is close enough. He provided me with fast service and set up a plumbing service call for us as early as possible. I had water leaking underneath our house. He gets an A+. The plumber was punctual and did a speedy check-up and fixed our problem in no time. He was extremely professional and polite. He was nice and knowledgeable. It took him no time to fix our leaking pipe. Thank you for the service. The Monday call is what I expected in service from your company.

I truly wish when I scheduled the repair service , the representative would’ve explained my coverage amount while on the phone. I would’ve questioned a possible error!Being a senior citizen, I enrolled in the program for water heater coverage several years ago, knowing I had total coverage, & peace of mind! Only to have the plumber yesterday say I needed to pay$999 out of pocket! What?. I cried!!!! As plumber said : my plan capped out at $1000.Total fee to replace my 15 yr old water heater( parts unavailable ) was $1999! , I know I was at full or a highest coverage rate! did this change? If so why wasn’t I notified?.. Truly something I hadn’t planned for, and had to apply my balance to a credit card . I’m on disability limited income . Can someone look into my account as reference? I do recall a time I was getting charged in error for a different service on myDominion gas bill, by Homeserve and I called homeserve to correct it to be SURE it was for water heater coverage! Again, . Can someone check my records and see if the wrong coverage was selected when I called in about the error ??? I would be thrilled to be reimbursed for the $999. I’m certain I had a the best coverage water heater plan as I definitely could afford that! I’m still sick to my stomach with the added unexpected unexplained expense. Dave did a very good job fixing our water leak, he was very professional at what he was doing Dave did above and beyond what we expected. We would like to have him back again when we need service.
