The service was excellent from scheduling to service/cleanup.The issue was not immediately apparent but the technician was great.

Received call literally minutes after calling for service. A very short while received call to say plumber could be at our home in under 30 minutes. He was a very clean and courteous plumber who identified who he was and followed me to our crawlspace and our leaking pipe. After a few minutes he explained what he was going to do. Fifteen minutes later he emerged with the section of pipe and spigot he removed in his hand and asked me to sign that work had been done and everything was okay. Now my very thirsty recently laid sod is soaking up the water without having to run 100 feet of hose from the other side of the house. I can only say we are more than satisfied and happy we decided to purchase this plumbing coverage and would recommend it to anyone.

Well, the 1st company you called couldn't help me out for a week, that was bad. Then the 2nd 1 you called finally got back to me & did come at noon & they were great.

Anytime Ive used my HomeServe benefits, I've been completely satisfied with the response time of both HomeServe and the contractors they have sent out! One thing that is frustrating is trying to get through at times to make a claim or call customer service. Have been cut off multiple times! I know these two things are most likely managed by different parts of the Co, but they should be aware of this issue. Representatives are always pleasant, and thorough.

Two men showed up dug up may power line and fixed it, can't believe thy did it so fast.
