It was a busy day for plumbers. We still got our sewer cleaned out by 7:00 that evening. Service center and contractor were both courteous.

I called Home Serve to repair a,leaking hose bib on my front lawn. The appointment was made, but I was not notified which plumbing contractor would come, nor when. When I recontacted Home Serve this error was quickly corrected. I was given the company name and phone number. I called the local contractor who verified the appt date and time. Meanwhile, due to a change in my schedule, I had to change the appt. time and date. The contractor was gracious enough to do so without hesitation. On the appointed day, and precisely on time two very nice young men arrived. After assessing the situation, theu repair was completed in short order. The yard was left in order. These men were entirely knowledgeable, appropriate and well mannered. The invoice for their work was sent to Home Serve. I am thrilled! In that service call alone I have realized a positive financial benefit by using Home Serve's coverage.

I called on a Sunday night, the rep who took the call was very helpful and courteous. They said I would get a call back with the time that someone would be out to repair our water heater. I received that call back within 15 minutes with a time for the very next day, very impressive. The repairman who showed up was on time and explained what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Excellent service!

Excellent! Called and arrived on time. Pleasant and outgoing. Did the job quickly and cleaned up after. Showed me the roots that was causing the back up. I am extremely satisfied and very glad I signed up for this service.
