So far it’s been excellent! The service people that have come out have explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. They came to the house looking and acting professional. Work is not complete yet, however; it’s coming along in the timeframe that they told me it would be. So far they are doing wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone and have.

I was very happy that I received a prompt return call but after service man came to see the problem I was told it’s not covered under my plan. Very disappointed and had to spend $300 to snake a drain! Very unhappy!

Unfortunately I needed to use my home warranty yesterdayI woke up to a sewer backup. I called homeserve and they immediately reached out to a local plumber to fix it. Manny from Ace mechanical came and snaked my line . They were prompt and professional. Hope to never have to use my warranty again but it is comforting knowing I can.
