The plumber came and spoke with us before starting to unclog the line. (A private provider had been here previously and told us they would need to cut out and replace a section of pipe to solve the problem.) The HomeServe plumber made the extra effort to clear the clog without needing major repair. And it worked!! Thank you!

We had a plumbing leak in front of our yard. Called Homeserve. They responded within 24 hrs and fixed the pipes. I could not be happier with the quick response.

I was please with how easy and how quickly HomeServeUSA responded to my call about the hot water heater. In addition the reimbursement money arrived in a timely fashion. I also appreciated the emails to confirm the bill I submitted was accepted and when to expect the check to arrive. Everyone one was very helpful and friendly.
