The actual work was excellent. However, we believe we could have had our hot water heater put in Saturday if it were not for management paperwork and making 2 trips instead of one. We were out of hot water from Saturday until Tuesday. Our hot water is now great.

We were expected a better check as we know there is a problem but they said they were not allowed to do a more extensive testing. Was most disappointed they could not give us the cost of the "job" so we would know how much we had spent on "our" allowance but were told you would not allow the pricing to be given to us. IF it is out money being spent it seems to me we should be allowed to know ~ ~ ~
