The HomeServe USA did their job very nicely at their end, however the guy (company) that was sent to my house wasn't really nice.. even though the job took him less than 5 minutes. He need to show a little bit of courtesy to customers. Thank you HomeServe USA!

From the first call to the completion of service home serv was amazing. When the first dispatched co was not going to work out the team quickly found me someone who could come sooner. In an unexpected problem with 3 small children in the house, home serv was professional and expeditious in their service.

The first plumber that came out was TERRIBLE . I spoke to customer service and told them about my experience with the plumber. They listen to me and reassure me that they will take of the situation. CUSTOMER SUPPORT was WONDERFUL the second plumber came out and explained to me what could have caused my problem they were very professional. Thanks Homeserve USA for fixing the situation.

The person I spoke with was informative , courtesy and polite . He took the time to look at my contract to made sure I was covered for the problem i was having . Thanks again HomeServe .
