I called for a electrical problem and had a scheduled appt. for the afternoon. We were up and running in no time. We pay for this type of emergency in our electric bill and it was the best thing we ever did......

I have had a sewer line service contract with Home Serve since 2011 and the old line finally broke as anticipated, purely based on age. While telephone customer service is extremely weak and there is no recourse for complaints, the contractor sent to complete the actual repair was excellent. If you have an old sewer line I highly recommend Home Serve. If only the interior damage could be fixed this easily... I will continue to renew with Home Serve for water and sewer lines.
