Electrician identified himself upon arrival, asked what happened. Said he would come back the following Mon. as he didn't have the part. He finished as he said.

I have already submitted this once. I called HomeServe, they arranged for a plumber, who came out that day and worked fast, fixing the big leak quickly.

I was led to believe they would clean up after they were done...... Hired someone to sweep mud off my driveway so it was safe for me to walk on, clods of mud and a mobility walker do not work well
