I had a clogged drain on Friday and no one came out until Monday to unclog it which caused me a lot of problems in my shower with cleaning

Phone representative was friendly and courteousInformed me she would immediately reach out to vendors and I would be contacted to set up appointmentWithin two hours I had a vendor at my house ( received texts and phone calls advising name of vendor and vendor himself advising arrival time) whose was knowledgeable friendly and courteousI then received a call from Home Serve from a gentleman that had the contractor on the phone reinterred my issue and informed me that the service was not covered in a very professional manner

Service was great but if the hot water heater could have been replaced the day of the call it would have been great. Called early Friday morning and replaced Monday afternoon.

We found our HomeServe experience to be unreliable, unprofessional and ultimately unconcerned. Our home was without flush toilets, shower, laundry, dishwashing or water for pets for 3 days and 18 hours.It was nearly four days and after repeated calls to HomeServe's so-called 'Help Center' before HomeServe would be bothered to send out help for a rather simple repair. Our main waterline separated at the meter on Wednesday early afternoon, we called HomeServe immediately and had an appointment scheduled Thursday for 10-2. Inexplicably and quite unprofessionally, HomeServe's first scheduled plumber canceled on us. Ultimately, the plumbing team (American Platinum Plumbing) that finally showed up Saturday was professional and restored water to our residence.With a funeral to attend Saturday morning, we were forced to book a hotel room Friday night for personal hygiene reasons after multiple days with no running water or common concern or attention from HomeServe. I intend to report our experience to the State's Attorney General office to inquire about revocation of HomeServe's business license after such poor and inadequate customer service. It would have been appreciated to hear "we are sorry" from HomeServe "and we will compensate you for hotel expenses," but we were told, "That is not in our policy." So disappointed in HomeServe's client relations. Mark Suneson 972-795-3095.

We were very happy with your service. Serviceman was very professional an did a good job. It was a difficult job, but was finished after much work and we were so glad we had this insurance. Thank you. Job was excellent. Pat and John Baylo

Wiese plumbing should be removed from Homeserve as a plumbing option service provider!They failed to unclog my kitchen drain, said my finished basement’s ceiling would need cut into to replace the clogged pipe.We requested a 2nd attempt at snaking the line- Wiese said sure.They never showed up during the 4 hour window I was given.I called the company, got voicemail, and my calls never got returned.Homeserve switched the job to Miracle plumbing, and don’t you know, they snaked the line, and the problem was resolved!No faith whatsoever in Wiese!!!
