I had a few experiences last week with electric outlets. I had 2 gentlemen from Omega electric who came out and fixed the outlets but the problem then spread to a more complicated situation with a circuit breaker that kept tripping off every 2-3 minutes. My refrigerator and several other outlets were affected. It was a Friday night midnight to 4am. I called and left a message. They had trouble finding someone to come out on Saturday. Finally a young gentleman Jason from McClain electronics came out and found my refrigerator was tripping my circuit breaker. He pulled out the refrigerator sat on the floor diagnosing the problem. He found the problem and my refrigerator is working fine. No more tripping the breaker. Aqua Insurance is definitely worth buying. THANK YOU!!

I was extremely relieved to receive a quick response for assistance from the HomeServe representative. I explained the plumbing problem I was having in my home (with dinner company expected that evening - a Friday!). The Representative called a participating plumber (Cannon & Sons LLC) who was able to come to my home and immediately began to attempt to remedy the problem. The problem was temporarily repaired so that I could have my company come and the Cannon & Sons LLC have contacted me and will insure the problem is completely relied and repaired this week.
