The plumber was thorough in explaining what he did and in answering my questions. He cleaned up after himself which I appreciated. He was professional and polite. I would feel confident and comfortable in having him in my home again

Had a problem getting touch with the first plumber, they would not answer phone so got in touch with second plumber and came out with 24 hours and fixed the leak. Very good job all around.

We encountered a blocked drain, which resulted in minor flooding in a bathroom and basement. The Homeserve automated service that we called on Sunday was efficient, and was able to schedule a service for Monday morning (they also made sure we had a functioning toilet). The service contacted us on Monday morning and let us know when the workers would arrive. THe workers arrived early, and were very polite. They were neat and efficient, and cleared the drain within an hour.
