Our Electrical Contractor was awesome. He came in right away and was able to pinpoint the issues and started working right away. We had used him before and I was happy that he was assigned to us again.Very professional and extremely skilled.Job well done.

We had an emergency involving a sewer line blockage. Your agents did not follow up with service providers when they were unable reach them. Instead of going immediately to a provider who responded, they waited hours until I called again. The same thing happened three times, and even though they knew the toilet would have to be lifted to clear the line, they sent a provider who was not contracted with HomeServe to lift toilets. It was very frustrating! Only the last agent seemed to understand what an emergency is.

The representative was very nice and we received a call right away. The problem is we have no access to our indoor showers and or sinks and I am waiting for Homeserve to schedule our pipes to be fixed. It is a huge inconvenience and I have no idea what we are waiting on.. I would like the work to be scheduled. I am without indoor plumbing except in my kitchen and the toilets. I would think this would be scheduled quicker. Is this going to take weeks or will I have it fixed this week so that my family and I can take showers again?
