Appointment was fast came 2 hours after morning call. Analyzed problem and said the blower fan was dead. Told me he could return next day with replacement. When I mentioned I had a heart condition and heat was dangerous for me he rushed order and returned 2 hours later. He installed the new part. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Still waiting for a call back from you guys,I’ve been a customer with you guys for years and they did the wrong work which I paid for them had got paid for something else because the person that you sent took all the free on out of the c unit

Absolutely terrible. When the first technician came out we found out we were mislead by Homeserv and then had to end up buying another service package before he could service our unit. He then services our unit in which we are told we need to pay out of pocket $200 additional dollars. He explains the unit should last another couple of years but then needs to be replaced. He also says we have an electrical issue that he can’t fix so we need to call back Homeserv. I call back Homeserv and they send an electrician who comes out to tell us it’s an HVAC issue. We call back Homeserv who sends out another HVAC who then states our machine is completely done. My husband and I speak with a manger since both technicians end up saying 2 different things and we paid $200 additional outside of the normal monthly expenses of Homeserv. The manager ends up questioning me over and over as if I was on trial just to ultimately tel us the only thing he can do is credit us back the $200 only if we decide to fix the unit with them. Complete BS, don’t waste your money paying for insurance because they can’t insure anything.

Your technicians were very knowledgeable, explained the process and very neat in their work installing my new hot water heater. I would recommend HomeServ to anyone for home maintenance and product service.
