Prompt response to fix the clogged pipe.

Had a main water line break and bubble up thru the ground. This required the water to be turned off at the meter. First call, on night leak was discovered, I set an appointment with the automated system, Charlie, for a plumber to call me. Received no call from plumber all the next day. Water remained off at meter. Second full day without water, I called during business hours and having spoken to a real live person, I was assured I had an appointment for a plumber to call. Received no call from plumber all that day too. Going on third full day without water, I called again, and spoke to an AMAZING client representative. He was quite upset and literally mortified that I had been almost three days without water. This representative took it upon himself to call the available contractors. When he was unable to reach either of them (rural area), he called me back to say he had escalated my issue and assured me that I would be contacted within the next 48 hours. To my great surprise and joy, the contracted plumber called me himself less than half an hour later. Called around 10am. Arrived at noon. Had water back on by 2:30. Repair required him to cut away a 6 inch tree root that had pushed up and cracked the pipe. He was able to cut away the root and fix the pipe without disturbing the neighbor's main line which ran directly below mine. Contractor was capable, confident, and courteous. He took me down to show me the repair before he replaced the dirt, and to turn back on the water at the meter proving the leak had been repaired. The work area was clean. The finished work was immaculate. He patiently explained and showed me the issue. He answered my questions with patience. He was kind. He then drove me back down the drive to my own door. There was no charge because of the insurance, but without it, the repair would have put me back about a grand, which I certainly didn't have. I respectfully suggest that the company review the issue that my attempt to make an appointment with the automated system fell through the cracks. No appointment or request for service was scheduled according to the customer service representative I last spoke with. He made my appointment, and fought to get me service. Once my need was acknowledged, everything your company espouses proved true. These include the promises of quality workmanship, trusted contractors, exceptional customer service, quick response to emergencies, and an incredible value comparing monthly cost of insurance to actual payout. No gimmicks. No deductibles. No scams. Having the insurance that this company offers provides me a sense of security knowing that I, and my wallet, are safe and protected.

Nothing is fixed! No one has been to our house to fix the problem. We are still having sewer leakage from our basement drains and the toxic smell of sewer gas continues to be in our house. This entire issue is very unacceptable and unsanitary. Its a health hazard and as much as we are paying a month for this insurance for no repairs is ridiculous!
