I called on a Sunday night, the rep who took the call was very helpful and courteous. They said I would get a call back with the time that someone would be out to repair our water heater. I received that call back within 15 minutes with a time for the very next day, very impressive. The repairman who showed up was on time and explained what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Excellent service!

Excellent! Called and arrived on time. Pleasant and outgoing. Did the job quickly and cleaned up after. Showed me the roots that was causing the back up. I am extremely satisfied and very glad I signed up for this service.

The serviceman arrived within the allotted time slot; was very courteous pleasant, and professional; he did nothave a couple of parts he needed; he went to buy them, and was back within a very reasonable time; he wasvery apologetic about the brief delay. Everything was repaired in a very brief time, and is working great.Company office personnel was also very courteous and professional!We are glad we have purchased our HomeServe USA policies!

Good value for the money, and when my hot water heater died, I was glad to have the service. My only issue is this. When I called the "emergency " number because my heater burst all over the garage, the customer service rep took the info, and said a technician would call me within two hours. No they didn't. It was more like 2 in the afternoon (called at 8am). So after three hours I called back, asked what the problem was. This time the rep said, "Well, it's an all day thing. They'll call you sometime today IF they can get to you today. If? Some emergency number. My water heater just took a dump all over my home. Don't tell somebody 2 hours if it isn't. I know that sounds great on a call, but it irritates people if it isn't true. The people who call your emergency number are generally having a bad day. They don't want to be jerked around. Just tell them the truth. Such as, "We're submitting your info to our contractors, they'll get back to you as soon as they can. I would have much preferred that to waiting for a call that never came. Just to be clear. The reps I talked to were very polite and professional. I know the only reason they said that was because it's in the script you gave them. It's not their fault at all. Have a good day.

I had leaks under my house ,a Plummer was sent and fixed the problem with the pipes. All I said was AMEN. No monies was paid out of my pocket. Everyone that have a house with pipes should get this service.
