It took several attempts to get the requested service even after a detailed explanation of what the situation was.

I was disappointed when I called about a water pressure problem in my kitchen. The agent in my initial call seemed to be trying to find some way to suggest the problem was not covered. After having her to look again, she finally said okay she would send someone and would let me know once they had been scheduled. I waited a few days and called back and was given the company who was to come. I waited another day and called whereupon I was given the name of the company coming. Once they finally came, the plumber said he could not find anything, but felt it was a problem related to MLGW, and that he would report it to them and get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone and it is still not fixed. That was back in March, I think . I would like to cancel my membership and get a refund. I'm very dissatisfied!

One Call that's all! I had a leak under my slab. Called HomeServe. Same day, plumber contacted me. 2 days later plumber had completely installed a new water line thru the attic. I never had to do anything more. NO bill. NO deductible. NO copay. Thank you HomeServe for being there!

We called for 4 days before we got a serviceman in. July 26th he came and said we had a leak in the system which he fixed. August 7th the air would not cool. We tried calling you on 8/7 and 8/8 without any help from you. In desperation we contacted the serviceman Barry Heating and Air. First day the tech said the wiring on the thermostat was wrong. He charged us $ 105. The air was still not working and today 8/9 he came with a thermostat and charged another $158. He denied any knowledge of Home Serve. We did not pay for this hassle.
