Lack of vendors signed up to tend to a Saturday emergency. Only 3 vendors signed up in my city. I could have had the job completed the same day but had to wait until Monday.

Your technician came on Monday and did nothing as he was not authorized to change leaking/corroded valves. He said he will document and the trip wont be counted as a separate visit. Someone from HS will call me. No one did. Yesterday, Tueasday, I called again and resubmitted the request, no one has called till now. Its now 24 hrs since the 2nd call.

The tech was great he managed to clear my drain of a large amount of tree roots I wasn't expecting plus he fixed my cold water faucet that wasn't working properly which wasn't required for him to do .
