Poor customer service. Out sourcing to folks that don’t have a grasp of the English language making it difficult to communicate my concerns. Not a number to call under emergency situations. Some situations require immediate attention and not a 48 hour waiting period, Only to receive and email indicating they have found a technician to resolve the issue then being told by the technician that they would be able to resolve the problem tomorrow.
