My family has been kept in heat for the past 1 week waiting for your service approval. Your company is heartless. Please do not sign up with this company because they are reap off. This company will collect your money with no problem until you call for service when you need one, and find out by the same company that certain thing are not covered. Please do not make the same mistake I made, run away from this company.

The plumber Mark from JVD Rooter LLC, was on time, 10:15AM (10am to 1pm window). We called Saturday, mid day due to a clogged bathtub drain. Since the house built 1938, I showed Mark how the pipes ran since we have a finished basement. The complete process took only 20-25 minutes to rectify the clog. Thanks to Mark's expertise, it was a success! Thanks Mark at JVD Rooter LLC! Pete& Marie PS not to mention The HomeServe representative facilitated the above to take place the next day. Speaking with the representative to have a service team call to set up time and day of arrival was EXCELLENT. The gentleman that came out placed what he wanted on my tub without verifying with me FIRST if that was okay because that wasn’t the same thing that was on the tub., however he got the job completed doing WHAT HE WANTED. Overall still PLEASED with how fast they came and unclogged my tub drain.

I had an emergency!! Homeserve need to contract companies that also provide 24h emergency service. Not companies that consider emergency services within next day or two days. Consumers could have major water damage by their delay in repairs.
