I woke up Friday morning and noticed that my furnace was not working. I tried several times to get it to work and it only sent cold air out. I called Homeserve and they said the earliest they could get a repairman out is sunday. This is unacceptable. I pay good money for this insurance and after the repairs have been made I will research other available plans.

Repeatedly we have tried to get confirmation of our coverage of our heating system (which you are charging on our our gas bill) but nothing happens.Last time I spoke with one of your reps she kept saying "interesting" and assured a written confirmation would be sent but nothing happens.How hard can this be? Repair appears to be good, but took a week!

The last time I needed your repair people, the expert just watched while the new guy did the work - which failed after ten minutes. It was an outside water pipe just a few inches from the water meter. I had serious problems in my house water pipes due to the debris caused and not taken care of. I feel your repair people who have come to my house are below par. I’m ceriously considering stopping my insurance with you.

I am still awaiting on a service call from July... I have reached out to the contractor and your customer services department several times. Customer Service has promised callbacks & manger callbacks which I have received none. I have contacted your customer service department at least 4-5 times in the last week or so with no resolution. I asked the last rep I spoke with for Corporate Office & Consumer Relations address/phone number and was told there wasn’t one for either of them. I have three service plans with your company which I pay monthly but unable to get the service that I pay for. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied. If there is someone that can help with these issues please let me know. Thank you
