After speaking with a very professional, efficient dispatcher at HomeServe a technician (Vincent) was sent to my home (some hours later on a busy weekend but reasonable time-frame). Vincent was cordial, professional and more than efficient as he solved our problem in less than half an hour. The best plumbing service experience we have had in the 38 years we have lived in this home. OUTSTANDING SERVICE !

Very timely service and quality workmanship. The only concern is that I haven't received a receipt for the work and I need this to defray the cost of the water bill.

Electrician did not let me know he was coming over and I was at work but my son and daughter were there. ELectrician stated the reason why the lights weren't working because the fixtures were out dated. When I got home I called the office and they stayed it was not covered. I stated the electrician did not even get up there and check it out,all they did was look up and started it was the fixtures I don't think it's the fixtures. Office stated will get approval for a second opinion has to be approved give a couple of days. It is the 3rd day still no call. Will be calling them again. So far not liking service

Communication was poor, but it appears the situation has been repaired. The hole that had to be dug still needs to be filled in and the area cleaned up.
