The technician was courteous. He had me explain what was happening and then proceeded to explain what he was going to do. He took care of the problem and cleaned the workspace.

Wow. From the very beginning, this was an easy process. Every person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. I thought this would be a lot more work for me to get the task completed and instead it was the opposite. I called, explained the situation and everything else was taken care of. I've already told two of my neighbors that I would recommend you.

Tim was great as far as communication and service, said I need a "new fixture". why wasn't that fixed? Not part of the contract? That was never expressed. Anyway, he was great, easy to reach, but the light still goes on and off

I rated performance neither poor nor excellent. My problem was not corrected. I still have the same amount of water standing in my yard today as I did 4 days ago when Adam, from K&S came on Saturday evening. I have watched it daily to see if it would go down. I will wait a few more days and watch to see if there is any change before calling you again. Because water is at the same level as Saturday, I am certain that there is a slow leak close to the water meter. (Note: Below is performance rating I sent to K&S on Monday, 08/15/22 at 3:00 pm.) K&S responded quickly after initial call to HomeService. Adam arrived about 2-3 hours later. He was professional and friendly. However, he was not able to resolve my problem. I have standing water by my AC unit and underground water meter. He checked water meter and could not find leak. He checked water main meter at street and said no water was moving. He told me I have a condensation buildup from AC drain. My son came and attached a hose to condensation drain and moved condensation to another area of the yard. That has been 26 hours ago and water is still standing at the same depth. I will continue to monitor the water, but at this time I am not convinced that I do not have a water leak.
