Kitchen sink would not drain out. Plumber arrived and assessed the situation. He used machine to ream out the trap outside of kitchen. The kitchen sink drains out fine now. Thank you for the good service.

I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM OF IT NOT DRAINING I HAVE HAD A LEAKY WASHER FOR A LONG TIME.iT PROMPTLY RUNS OUT MY BACK DOOR UNDER THE CARPORT ON THE CONCRETE.THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I CANT REALLY AFFORD A NEW ONE.IM LOOKIN INTO BUYING A USED LGE CAPASITY MODEL.ANY HELP YALL CAN GIVE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED MRT

Home Serve was very responsive. The first contractor they called was not responsive, but when I called to complain, Home Serve got right on it and another contractor contacted me in 2 hours. The contractor was great and did a good job very quickly. I had water in 4 hours!
