Very fast service - my situation was simply two malfunctioning toilets - one clogged and one with a faulty seal. They fixed both situations when they were in my home. The service tech did mention that there could be a continuing problem with the toilet that had the faulty seal, and he was right. It only functioned properly for one day and the faulty seal is preventing it from working properly, so I'll have to have that repaired.

Our technician seemed very knowledgeable about the problem. He cleared the line. I would recommend him. I think his name was Richard. However we did not receive any paperwork. He said that we would receive an email but we did not.

I have had such great experience with Home Serve! I am grateful that there are so multiple options to choose from. Like the idea of it being included in my utility bill too!

I contacted HomeServe on Friday because my sewer backed up in the garage & it needed flushed. I have many HomeServe products & I also have auto pay which always makes me current when paying my Duquesne Light bill. HomeServe said they see I paid it but the woman said Duquesne Light has me in cancel mode. I told her that's impossible. She agreed but didn't know why. I couldn't get a hold of Duquesne Light & HomeServe couldn't either. I had to wait till Monday to call them. I was on hold an hour when I called at 8:00am. Duquesne Light said HomeServe was wrong. I called HomeServe back from my landline phone & had Duquesne Light on my cell phone so I was talking to both of them. HomeServe looked into it & said if the woman on Friday went a little further into the screens she would have figured it out & would have made the request. HomeServe then made the appointment & things worked out well. I couldn't do laundry, shower, run the dishwasher. I had to wait three days because of the backup. HomeServe should look into this so other customers won't have this problem.
