I was very disappointed to learn that my problem with the toilet leakage on the 3 rd floor bathroom. It was my understanding that any indoor plumbing issue was included with my warranty coverage. The coverages should be more clearly defined to potential customers before the contract is signed. I felt deceived..

After calling about an urgent matter, on Saturday, with a water leak and having no water, I never heard back from anyone. I received a text message from, what I thought was from you, I answered with one of the options. The option I chose was, call me. Again, no response. The text wanted to wait 4 days without water.
