after 1st co gave a distant date,2nd co gave a next day date.That conkept in communication,came early and was efficient.Went over and above performance.However I have not received an itemized statement as to work done and supplies.

The plumbers that came made the problem worse. To begin with my furnace was working fine other than there was a whistling sound .I was told by the plumber that the noise was coming from my vent and not the furnace. He said that my furnace was fine. The problem according to him was that a drain was needed to remove water. After working on it, the sound was much louder but I was told that they put on a drain to remove water and it might take a little while for all the water to drain out. It has been 7 days and the whistling sound is still much worse than before they worked on it and as of now, 6:00 p.m. on November 17 the furnace is not working at all. It apparently has been off for some time as I have it set on 70° and it is 61° in my living room and the temperature is to be in the teens tonight. I am very disappointed /disgusted with the plumbing company that was sent here that had to travel 3 hours to get here when there are all kinds of plumbers within 30+ minutes from me.

The young workers were ver unprofessional. Stay on the phone through their stay. Argue with me and came without equipment. Their behavior is very unacceptable.
