Total Plumbing stuck with me while trying to figure out the origin of a troublesome leak. They could have left me alone to figure it out but they didn’t and I am grateful. I cried and wanted to give up many times but Total Plumbing kept coming back until the issue was resolved. Thank you Total Plumbing. You guys rock!

The technician checked the water heater thoroughly and made me feel at easy that no real problem exists. The response tome for the call was outstanding. I was very satisfied with this experience.

On the 1st call, was left out without knowing that Piedmont Natural Gas was coming out. Then on Monday the guys showed up with the electric water heater and at the same timed called in a Plumber to double check the lines and joints. This was great so I thought to have a backup. On the 2nd call again placed call on Friday, was told that someone would get back in touch, did not hear from anyone until Monday. This gentleman showed up at the agreed time and told me that the installation was done incorrectly for several reason (I don;'t remember them all) but the most important item was the heater for the bottom of the tank was not turned on and that was why we only got about 10 minutes of hot water as that was all in the tank that was hot, The rest was COLD and COLD only. My guys from the Gas company which is your partner are a GREAT group of people to work with within the GAS items, but with an ELECTRIC water heater maybe you should honor the agreement with Piedmont, but send out someone who knows electric as tom how to install, correct the lines if wrong, turn on the entire unit and not 1 area. Called Homeserv @ 09:41 on January 13th and reported an sewer incident. They assigned Total Plumbing to the issue. Total Plumbing called at. 10.09 and scheduled service between 11:00 and 03:00. Total plumbing then called at 01:50 to say that they would be late. Called them back at 03:48 to see if they could pin down a time. The Rep said that the technician was on the job before mine and I would be next. The Technician arrived at 04:45. He spent 20 minutes on site and cleaned the Sewer line.

Excellent Customer Service. I considered this an emergency situation. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is because the service was not immediate. It was a day past the day I had called. Otherwise I would highly recommend!

Rapid Rooter was terrific. They worked carefully to be sure not to have to do any unnecessary cutting and repaired the tricky leak in an old house.
