It was my the impression & understanding that I would need to have the replace the grid/circular piece that would catch anything that is coming out of the sewer line right by the house. I call Home Shield and left a message. No one called me back with any information. Can someone call. The person coming out tech tech Willie. Job Number SHMS33E0B6EF-1 I would appreciate to be done - look into the matter and get back to me please.

The HomeServe agent was fast in setting up a plumbing company to assist me. In less than a minute after ending the call with HomeServe, PHI Plumbering LLC called and schedule an appt for the next day. PHI went into action and quickly identified and fixed my exterior water pipe. Both HomeServe and PHI did an excellent job. Highly recommend both.

I contacted HomeServe on the evening and setup schedule for the next day inspection . The technician came out the next day inspected the problem and replaced my house valve. I am very happy with the service thar HomeServe provided.

They were very professional. Thought the problem was solved. Thought it was a radiator in the kitchen leaking. Tighten it but after he left and the gear came on it is still leaking down in the basement.
