It was for a cleaning, our first one ever on our new gas furnace. The tech was very professional and personable. When the furnace ran it sounded like a jet engine was in the room. He made an adjustment that lowered the noise level tremendously, so that now when it comes on it is hardly noticeable. I have been very happy with my two service calls since I became a customer. Thanks for the continued great service.
