Nina Picard, 5875 Bufkin Court, San Jose, CA. 408-202-5675 Service was very quick from my 9:20 AM call on 10/25/2016 call I had service by 11:30 AM. It was not as bad as I had first thought so I was happy. Glad I had the service. I am replacing the toilet today as I think from the service call that is my problem since this is the third time the toilet has backup in the master bathroom only! Thank you

I have both inside and outside coverage. Both were 4.99 monthly till this month. I was charged 4.99 for one and 5.49 for the other. It would have been nice to have been informed first. Very repectful repair man no just what was doing called to let me no was on his way got to my home ask the problem checked what needed and went straight to work solved the problem fixed and went on explained what he did and checked a little extra so just in case there we're are not a problem might becoming ahead so yes very nice experience with co service Thanks for ur co homeowners like me don't didn't no about u but all need to check on ur services good program to think about.

The serviceman was friendly and went right to work. He was pleasant and efficient. He explained what he did at the end and showed us all the things he did for our heating system to work well. Thank you

Service tech was very professional & represented your company well. He was extremely thorough working through the servicing of my boiler. Answered all of my questions. Pointed out areas on the boiler that I should watch for potential leaks.

Very pleased with the quick response to my call for service. I had no heat and the technician arrived and worked on my furnace, replaced necessary parts and it didn't seem like an easy fix. He explained what he did and was very informative. I now have heat! Would definitely recommend.
