I had a good experience with Homevest. The representative (Broch) that I dealt with on my rental property was very attentive, and provided a property that suited my needs. I would recommend Broch and Homevest to anyone looking for rental property in the Orlando area.

The maintenance was done good for that but all other things have not been addressed and should be but that’s ok if the owner doesn’t want to fix up it is his house.
