I scheduled an online appt at 745pm and received a call that the right mirror light was working properly. I explained the service advisor the light that was not turning on was under the mirror and I also wrote it on the online request; but he again said he tried them and they were blinking and turning on correctly; so he was going to send it to diagnostics for the other issue. At 1pm I received a call that my car was ready to pick up and my husband took an Uber to the dealer. My husband noticed the light was still not working and pointed that to the SA who explained there must has been a misunderstanding because he was not aware that light was there. The car went back into service and it was there for aprox 3 more hours. They were able to fix the issue, offered my husband a courtesy car which we didn't end up taking and they apologized for the inconvenience.As a way of showing their sincere apologies, they filled my car's tank. The reason I am giving the 4 stars is because of all the time the car was in the service and my husband was still there at 4:30pm!

It was an easy trip, getting my car serviced. They got me in and out, and didn't try to push unnecessary work.
