Experience was not positive. For it to take 3 days to run a one hour diagnostic on a car is unacceptable. Not sure what is going on but dealership should stop taking appts if there is labor shortage or other issue. I appreciate the loaner without it I would’ve never droppedOff my car since rep said it would have 36 hours to run the tests.

On a busy Saturday they finished my oil change in an hour when they said up to 2 and they were very accommodating

Although I did not have a scheduled appointment, your team was able to fit me in to check my tire pressure.During the inspection, two nails were discovered in the rear passenger-side tire.
