Experience was not positive. For it to take 3 days to run a one hour diagnostic on a car is unacceptable. Not sure what is going on but dealership should stop taking appts if there is labor shortage or other issue. I appreciate the loaner without it I would’ve never droppedOff my car since rep said it would have 36 hours to run the tests.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the service I received on May 28, 2026.. Although I did not have a scheduled appointment, your team was able to fit me in to check my tire pressure.During the inspection, two nails were discovered in the rear passenger-side tire. The tire was repaired quickly and at a fair price.Thanks to the team for the timely and professional service.

We were from out of town and ran into an issue with our daughter’s vehicle traveling through the area. Had to have our car towed to the nearest Honda dealership. At first we were hesitant since we were going in the opposite direction, but as you know everything happens for a reason. We had to spend the night around the dealership in the hopes of getting back on the road the next day (Memorial Weekend), but as everyone knows a busy holiday weekend can lead to a major delay. As we woke up the next day I had it in my mind I would call the dealership as they opened to try and figure out the next steps, before we could do so Nelson from the service department had other plans as he called prior to their service department opening. He was very upbeat, but honest with us that they would do everything they could to help out, but he had to make sure they had the parts to fix the issue. Within 2 hours, Nelson called us back and stated he was able to locate the part and get the repair completed! We have had very good customer service at our local dealerships and always go back to them, but I can say that if we lived in the Indianapolis area we wouldn’t go to any other dealership! Top Notch customer service, service department and the cleanliness of the facility were fantastic! If you have a choice I would choose Hare Honda.
