Matt was amazing to work with and he listened to my concerns both when I brought the car in and picked it up. Super thankful for loaner car while my car was in shop for several days! The text feature needs some help on the technical side. I feel did not have the correct information and took away from the customer service 1:1 feeling which I have always had in the past 10yrs going to Honda Service. Thank you

I came in to get some services done during the inspection they recommended I get some other things done as well and let me know about some open recalls I had. They were very informative about the process and about how much time I would be waiting. Very nice and polite people.
