I really think there should be a better system for managing appointments. When I arrive, I should be checked in using the details from the appointment I scheduled, instead of wasting time answering questions and going through the whole manual check-in process. I was there for a fuel pump recall and was contacted prior to my appointment about preparation, however, I wasn't properly notified about emptying the trunk of my car. I was only informed the back seat needed to be cleared. Fortunately, the technicians were still able to complete the service but they piled all of the contents of my trunk in my front seat, and when my car was returned to me, all of that stuff had not been returned to the trunk. Additionally, I was told my car would need to be at the dealership all day and my appointment was changed from 2pm to 9am. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was informed on the call that one would be available for me. However, when I arrived, there were initially questions about its availability. Lastly, despite my vehicle needing to be there all day, it was in fact complete within two hours and my appointment time did not need to change. I understand the precaution but it is really inconvenient to move things around if they didn't need to be.

I was treated very unprofessionally by a service advisor named Patrick. He was rude and acted like I was bothering him.

I had to reschedule my original appointment due the systems being down on Saturday. While the one service I requested took quite a bit of time, I appreciate the smooth check in and check out process and being able to use the shuttle.
