Had a 9 AM appointment, car didn’t make it into the shop until after 10. I waited another 2+ hours on a simple oil change and tire rotation. I suspect the problem was they kept trying to upsale me on services unrelated to my appointment. Man I hate this place, but they’re just too close to the house. Hard to justify going to Bloomington for an oil change.

My service advisor was awesome.

It was good. I was kept informed of my cars progress. I was asked if I wanted a ride somewhere.

Brandon was very nice!! He truly explained things well with me. I called my husband and he explained things to my husband with what they had found.

Josh was beyond fantastic. He sent me to Bobby who also was wonderful to deal with

They are always friendly and professional. I wish I could speed it up a little but it is worth the time.

Service was completed within the estimated time. The waiting area was clean and quiet. . The service liaison (Brian) was friendly and offered communication in a timely manner. I will continue to bring my car to Hare for repairs and maintenance.
