Brandon went above and beyond taking care of me in what could've been a really bad situation. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic appointment, and was told it could be a few days before we'd have an answer. I made arrangements to borrow a family member's car, but when the code came back as a need for a service that had been done not too long ago, they needed to get further guidance from Honda. I had to return my grandmother's vehicle because they needed it for a trip, and I was going to be left in a very tough situation. Brandon took the initiative to go ahead and arrange for me to have a loaner vehicle until they could get proper guidance on how to proceed with my car, and complete the recommended repairs. He was also able to complete a recall that had been issued for my Pilot, and bring awareness to the poor state of my rear brakes; allowing me to get all those issues addressed in one visit. Pickup of the loaner, and pickup of my vehicle when it was ready, was met with a sense of urgency that I appreciated greatly due to my tight schedule with work and my daughter's summer schedule. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Hare service department, and Brandon will always be my go to guy with customer service like that!
