Service was quick but sloppy work. Noticed smoke when I got home and had oil dripping from skid plate and frame rails. It was so bad I thought the oil filter was leaking. I cleaned it up and there were no leaks. Just a sloppy oil change.

When I arrived I was greeted by my service advisor Nelson. As usual Nelson took the time to explain everything to me to make sure that my CRV was ready for an upcoming family vacation. I always seek out Nelson whenever possible. Thanks for always taking of our Hondas.
