Friendly and efficient staff.

Left garage got about 8 miles down the road and had to be towed back for repairs. Faulty parts. Lost half a day of work waiting in tow truck and rental car. Caliper locked up car was smoking and brakes were red hot.. Needless to say I was not pleased. I suspicion my service advisor was new and possibly inexperienced but polite.

I have visited the Honda in Avon service was amazing and Really fast I needed A copies of my Keys Dee not maid any appointment and they cut me alA key in lest than 30 minutes austending thank you

Got everything done in a timely manner. Was a little disappointed to see the coffee machine no longer dispenses Chai Latte

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and was walked through exactly what was happening and how long it was estimated to take. The best part was that the service actually took MUCH less time than I was quoted and I was out before lunch! 10/10 experience!
