My only issue is that the service department did not reset my maintenance notification and I can’t figure out how to do it. I called the other day to talk to someone and I was put on hold quite a while and eventually left a message. I have never heard back from anyone

My car was in for recall. The were clear about time involved and if the repair would affect the performance of my car. They also provided me a ride home and picked me up when the car was finished. I was very happy with the service.

The service department is always great. But there was an issue I was asked to authorize with no price attached. I declined this, only to find out later it was a warranty issue. That was not conveyed in the correspondence. I then scheduled a second visit to get that taken care of. A bit more clarity would be appreciated next time. Other that that, you do a great job.

A1 oil and tire rotated The only concern is that the tire pressure was different in each tire after the service. I don’t know what the pressure was prior to service but I think they should have been checked and air added where needed to make them the same and to match the required amount.
