Wonderful. The advisor explained what was happening and how long it would take. They even saw some things that I was unaware of, like my rear brakes needing to be replaced. Thank you Hare Honda. You're the best in the business. And thank you Matt Linville for great service.

My appointment was at 11 not much communication at all kept my car until 4-5 had to call and find out what was going on then they texted and said the car was done and still did no communication first time I’ve ever brought a Honda vehicle was not impressed with the service dept. this was the first the second appointment much better the older gentleman really nice and kept us informed
